…..I think there might be some confusion in the notes between people who think this post is just about bashing ukulele music (which can be done well) and the people who have a visceral response to it specifically because it’s become the go-to music for countless shady advertisements, patronizing corporate propaganda, political promo videos and basically anything a bunch of wealthy old people want you to believe is wholesome.

It’s become the auditory equivalent of a middle aged white guy standing in a field of flowers and petting a bunny while he tells you how much Monopolocorp Enterprises Unlimited is really about people.
