Advice for new piano players? How long did you practice a day when you were learning

i started playing like 20 years ago and i’ve never practiced. i’ve only ever been playing songs i enjoy by ear, never practicing scales and stuff like that. my suggestion is to not listen to my advice and actually practice instead of just messing around
