Revolt against the modern world.

Once when I was a teenager, I emailed a film professor (whose blog critiques capitalism through the lens of critical theory) in which I pointed out the many parallels between his critiques and those of Kaczynski. I asked what specific philosophical differences had led him to the conclusion that he should be a film professor, instead of, say, sending bombs in the mail.

He told me that, under advice from his lawyer, he would not comment on Kaczynski’s manifesto, and also that I should not contact him again.
