You don’t have driving schools in the US? How do you get your driving licenses?

you either are taught by your parents, which is pretty impossible for many americans as if they possess a car it’s likely in constant use as primary earners get to work using it and have little free time to spend teaching their children or

you take a class thats egregiously priced outside of the school system usually entirely.

neither are very beneficial to the poor paired with our failing public transportation infrastructure we have a recipe for suffering.
